SPEECH THERAPY

Our Speech Therapy Department’s number one goal is to give each child a voice.
As a department, we create therapy programs designed to meet the needs of each individual student, utilizing a variety of communication modalities.  Our students have access to picture exchange communication (PECS), sign language, and various augmentative communication devices switches, iPads, eye gaze computers (etc).

Through a trans-disciplinary approach we interface with PT, OT and Teachers to design a communication system that addresses each student’s unique learning style,

strengths and needs.

Our clinicians have extensive experience in the practice of safe and efficient feeding techniques and work individually with students and their team to meet feeding needs.
